A: As I have not been with you on these trainings I can not tell you the difference! Q: What is the psychology of selling?
A: Selling is all about dealing with people, and as we all know people are very different! Yet so much of the advice & information out there on selling seems to have forgotten this! Often you are advised to think of your customers as mere robots who have very little will of their own. You are given ridged sales systems to follow with set steps and responses – What if your customer isn't following the same process, what if they don't answer in the way they are supposed to, what then?
By focusing on the Psychology of sales, The Successful Sales Club will teach you how to go into your customer's world and sell to them how THEY want to be sold to & not to just follow some old, outdated system. This will give you the flexibility to deal with almost any sales situation & to be able to really understand what your customers want, and then deliver it.
